What You'll Do7
- 1Advise clients on sophisticated estate planning wealth transfer and asset protection strategies
- 2Represent high-net-worth individuals families and business owners on trusts and estates matters
- 3Counsel clients on business succession planning real estate holdings and integrated planning strategies
- 4Oversee drafting and implementation of complex wills trusts and family entities
- 5Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted long-term advisor
- 6Collaborate with fellow attorneys and staff in a collegial team-oriented environment
- 7Contribute to leadership mentorship and continued growth of the practice
Requirements6
- 1Active Georgia Bar license in good standing
- 25+ years of experience in estate planning trusts and estates private wealth or high-net-worth planning
- 3Current partner/shareholder candidates encouraged to apply
- 4Strong technical knowledge in sophisticated planning strategies
- 5Proven ability to manage client relationships and complex matters independently
- 6Business development experience or portable relationships welcomed
