What You'll Do12
- 1Support the SR Implementation Project Manager in coordinating all phases of the ERP implementation across planning execution and multi-wave rollout
- 2Own the planning execution and delivery of assigned ERP implementation workstreams within the global ERP program
- 3Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and milestones for functional areas
- 4Facilitate workstream meetings workshops and project reviews ensuring clear outcomes decisions and action plans
- 5Identify assess and manage risks issues dependencies and decisions within assigned workstreams
- 6Monitor project performance and drive accountability for task completion implementing corrective actions
- 7Prepare and distribute regular status reports dashboards and updates to stakeholders and PMO leadership
- 8Partner with functional leaders to define requirements validate solutions and align with business objectives
- 9Lead User Acceptance Testing oversee defect management and ensure readiness for assigned areas
- 10Manage workstream readiness activities supporting data migration business process validation training cutover and go-live preparation
- 11Collaborate with external implementation partners internal subject matter experts and IT to ensure successful solution delivery
- 12Ensure documentation decisions and deliverables comply with PMO standards governance requirements and project methodologies
Requirements12
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Business Supply Chain Information Systems or related field
- 23+ years of experience in project management project coordination business systems implementation or related role
- 3Strong organizational planning and time management skills with attention to detail
- 4Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel PowerPoint and Word
- 6Experience using project management tools such as Jira Microsoft Project Azure DevOps or similar
- 7Preferred PMP CAPM or other project management certification
- 8Participation in ERP implementation projects
- 9Experience with Infor Baan LN or Infor CloudSuite LN
- 10Background in manufacturing supply chain or industrial technology environments
- 11Ability to support global or multi-site deployments
- 12Hybrid work schedule requiring on-site presence at least three days weekly
