- 1Warmly greet customers and create a welcoming store experience
- 2Provide knowledgeable guidance on equine products farm supplies feed tack and animal care
- 3Introduce customers to new products and keep them informed about promotions and sales
- 4Answer questions confidently acting as a trusted resource
- 5Upsell and cross-sell thoughtfully to ensure customers leave satisfied
- 6Maintain clean organized and visually appealing aisles end caps and displays
- 7Build seasonal displays and floor moves keeping signage accurate
- 8Restock merchandise promptly and maintain precise inventory counts
- 9Work in the side yard assisting customers with feed hay and propane refills
- 10Operate forklifts dollies and hand trucks to move and organize merchandise
- 11Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily store operations
- 12Participate in shift huddles required training and ongoing product education
- 13Proactively identify and complete tasks that keep the store running smoothly
- 14Stay alert to shrinkage and follow loss prevention protocols
Requirements6
- 1Genuine passion for farm life horses or equine care
- 2Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 3Proactive solutions-focused mindset thriving in a fast-paced environment
- 4Basic computer skills familiarity with point-of-sale or inventory systems
- 5Retail or customer service experience welcome but training provided
