Environmental Services Manager in Training
Overview
You will train to oversee housekeeping, laundry, and floor care operations at a long-term care facility through a structured 12-week program. What You'll Do7
- 1Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff daily.
- 2Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state requirements.
- 3Train and develop staff, including scheduling and performance reviews.
- 4Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, and equipment.
- 5Communicate directives between building occupants, administrators, and HCSG staff.
- 6Complete web-based reports and maintain electronic records.
- 7Assist in managing daily operations at the assigned facility.
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
- 31+ years in a supervisory or management role.
- 4Strong organizational and communication skills.
- 5Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds and push/pull 50 pounds.
- 6Must be able to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- 7Computer skills with ability to use web-based reporting tools.
- 8Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
- 9Residency within the service area required.
