Overview
You'll own client conversations from first call to policy issuance, working with warm leads who already expect your outreach. You'll join a 500-person remote team that has grown through repeat placements on the Inc. 5000 list. You'll receive 12 weeks of paid training, then work with a dedicated mentor who has closed $5M+ in IUL and annuity business. What You'll Do7
- 1Call pre-qualified leads to assess their financial goals and insurance needs.
- 2Run virtual consultations over Zoom, asking questions to uncover pain points.
- 3Design IUL and annuity recommendations tailored to each client's budget.
- 4Present product options clearly, walking clients through coverage scenarios.
- 5Close policies by guiding clients through application and underwriting steps.
- 6Track daily activity in CRM to hit weekly sales benchmarks.
- 7Partner with senior agents on joint calls to accelerate your learning curve.
Requirements8
- 1No prior sales experience required; we train from scratch.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3Comfortable with video conferencing tools like Zoom.
- 4Ability to work 3-4 days per week on a flexible schedule.
- 5Self-motivated; you are responsible for your own pipeline.
- 6Must be licensed or willing to obtain life insurance license within 90 days.
