What You'll Do7
- 1Travel to customer sites to perform paint touch-ups and full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment
- 2Prep blend and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection
- 3Work independently at partner locations such as dealerships rental agencies and auctions
- 4Deliver fast flawless results that exceed customer expectations
- 5Maintain physical stamina to kneel bend squat and lift up to 45 lbs
- 6Demonstrate strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- 7Follow safety protocols and adhere to quality standards
Requirements7
- 15+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork
- 2Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
- 3Self-motivation grit and reliable work ethic
- 4Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- 5Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- 6Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- 7Willingness to learn certifications with PPG BASF and other providers
