Overview
The Enrollment Specialist leads inbound outbound phone based team educating participants on John Hancock retirement plans. They assess retirement goals recommend solutions and deliver professional service prioritizing participant needs. This role offers Series 6 and 63 registration state licenses and growth opportunities within PFS and broader functions.
What You'll Do11
- 1Establish and maintain participant relationships throughout enrollment process
- 2Develop customized retirement savings plans based on individual needs
- 3Become proficient in JH product offerings and retirement products
- 4Assist participants advisors and relationship managers with enrollment options
- 5Deliver outstanding service placing participant first
- 6Explain investment strategies and discuss plan investment lineup
- 7Participate in training and mentoring development programs
- 8Meet monthly production and activity targets
- 9Utilize data analytics technologies AI and automated processing tools
- 10Recover from adversity and communicate effectively with diverse audiences

Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's Degree with preference in Business or Finance
- 2Passion for assisting participants one on one
