Overview
PRIDE Industries seeks an Employment Coach to deliver personalized job coaching for adults with disabilities in competitive integrated employment. You will own the full coaching cycle at multiple customer worksites, from initial skill training to long-term retention support. You will work alongside service providers and maintain compliance documentation. What You'll Do5
- 1Coach job tasks and workplace behaviors for clients with disabilities during the first 90 days on-site.
- 2Train essential functions of each role using step-by-step methods tailored to individual learning needs.
- 3Build relationships with service providers to share progress updates and adjust coaching strategies.
- 4Maintain case files and paperwork in compliance with PRIDE Industries and supporting agencies.
- 5Perform special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or GED
- 2Intermediate computer skills in spreadsheets, word processing, database, and presentation software
- 3Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- 4Ability to apply critical thinking to identify solutions
- 5Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- 6Ability to manage competing priorities and exercise flexibility
- 7Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred
- 8CPR/First Aid certification may be required
- 9Valid Driver's License
- 10Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and maneuver around equipment
Salary Insight
$31 - $46k per year
