Overview
Leads immediate boots-on-the-ground response for property loss events in Atlanta Georgia. Coordinates restoration opportunities through empathy and professionalism while maintaining brand representation.
What You'll Do11
- 1Monitor local emergency dispatches and news alerts for fire flood and other property loss events
- 2Mobilize to emergency scenes within 30 minutes to offer restoration services
- 3Establish relationships with property owners emergency personnel and first responders
- 4Educate customers on restoration process and SERVPRO benefits
- 5Secure onsite intel obtain work authorizations and collaborate with Restoration Operations Manager
- 6Maintain board-up and tarp-up materials for small opportunities
- 7Record contacts site details and outcomes using CRM tools
- 8Identify and streamline relationships with Business Development team to close emergencies quickly
- 9Attend community safety events and fire department meetings to build referral partnerships
- 10Attend after-hours Business Development events as needed
- 11Perform other duties and assist other departments
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Prior restoration construction emergency services experience preferred
- 3Previous fire department EMS FEMA or police experience
- 4Valid driver’s license clean MVR and reliable transportation
- 5Relevant industry certifications preferred
- 6Local knowledge of Charlotte area emergency service networks
- 7Ability to travel for storm events
- 8Bilingual English Spanish a plus
- 9Physical ability to lift 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance
- 10Exposure to fumes airborne particles occasional exposure to extreme conditions like heat and noxious odors
- 11Frequent noise exposure occasional respirator use required
