What You'll Do10

Requirements8
- 1Active Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area.
- 2Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
- 3Experience working in an urban environment.
- 4High comfort in a growth-focused coaching environment with frequent observations and debriefs.
- 5Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 6Ability to manage confidential information.
- 7Ability to supervise students in various school settings (playground, cafeteria).
- 8Pass federal and state criminal background checks.
