What You'll Do6
- 1Lead apprentices, providing guidance and motivation on daily tasks.
- 2Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems for residential and commercial projects.
- 3Enforce compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and electrical principles.
- 4Troubleshoot electrical issues across industrial, commercial, and residential properties.
- 5Prepare reports, track materials, and manage project budgets.
- 6Assist with large commercial job bids when requested by management.
Requirements5
- 1Electrical Training Program degree preferred but not required.
- 23+ years of proven electrician experience in residential and commercial settings.
- 3Demonstrable knowledge of electrical systems, tools, equipment, and safety measures.
- 4Strong ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints.
- 5Physical fitness to perform strenuous tasks on job sites.
