Electrical Engineer Agility Technical Solutions
Overview
We seek versatile Electrical Engineer to support design development sustainment and modernization of electronic systems. This role suits candidates from new graduates to experienced engineers. The ideal candidate is hands-on adaptable and comfortable working across full lifecycle from concept design through test manufacturing and field support. You will collaborate with small high-performing team on new product development reverse engineering and upgrades to legacy systems.
What You'll Do9
- 1Support and contribute to new product development including circuit design prototyping and integration
- 2Participate in reverse engineering and modernization of legacy circuit cards and electronic systems
- 3Design electrical systems assemblies fixtures and test setups according to customer requirements and applicable standards
- 4Develop electrical schematics drawings and supporting technical documentation
- 5Perform analysis troubleshooting and debugging of electrical systems at board and system level
- 6Support manufacturing efforts including process development test procedures and quality verification
- 7Assist with environmental and reliability considerations such as shock vibration and ruggedization of electronic hardware
- 8Provide technical support to internal teams and customers including documentation and issue resolution
- 9Collaborate across disciplines mechanical manufacturing and test to deliver complete practical solutions

- 1Strong fundamentals in electrical engineering and willingness to learn quickly
- 2Hands-on mindset comfortable working with hardware not just design tools
- 3Ability to operate independently in small team environment and take ownership of tasks
- 4Clear communication skills and ability to work across disciplines
- 5Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 6U.S. Citizen Security Clearance Must be able to obtain and maintain a government secret clearance
Salary Insight
$75 - $130k per year
