What You'll Do10
- 1Locate and select items from warehouse shelves using order sheets or electronic devices.
- 2Operate Electric Pallet Jack to move products safely within the facility.
- 3Handle Sit-Down and Stand-Up Reach equipment for inventory retrieval.
- 4Package items for safe transit and label boxes with accuracy.
- 5Maintain clear inventory records by scanning items into the system.
- 6Verify order accuracy before shipment to reduce errors.
- 7Follow safety protocols when operating equipment and lifting heavy loads.
- 8Meet daily pick quotas while keeping work area organized.
- 9Coordinate with team members to ensure timely order flow.
- 10Report equipment issues to supervisor promptly.
Requirements8
- 11+ years experience in order fulfillment or warehouse operations.
- 2Experience operating Electric Pallet Jack and Sit-Down/Stand-Up Reach equipment.
- 3Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for full shift.
- 4Comfort with handheld scanners and electronic inventory systems.
- 5Attention to detail in packaging and labeling.
- 6Flexibility to work 1st Shift (6AM-2:30PM) or 2nd Shift (3PM-1:45AM) M-F.
- 7Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- 8Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities.
