What You'll Do11
- 1Support Store Manager in daily operations and ensure procedures are followed
- 2Lead by example and promote company image of perfect customer service
- 3Develop and supervise sales staff to maximize revenue
- 4Ensure transaction compliance with state and federal laws
- 5Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with staff adherence to policies
- 6Manage and direct sales associate activities including breaks and shift changes
- 7Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and store presentation
- 8Facilitate cash drops and replenish change as needed
- 9Provide product knowledge and assist with training new employees
- 10Help maintain sales floor flow and handle inventory placement
- 11Directly report to Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Arizona Facility Agent Card with ADHS
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Two years supervisory experience preferred
- 5Excellent managerial and supervisory skills
- 6Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- 7Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 8Attention to detail and organizational skills
- 9Valid Arizona Facility Agent Card
- 10Age 21 or older with background check clearance
