EHR Training and Support Analyst - Health Right 360
Overview
HealthRIGHT 360 seeks a detail-oriented tech-savvy individual to lead EHR training and support for its Northern California team. The role involves designing training content, onboarding staff, and providing technical assistance to enhance workflow efficiency. What You'll Do11
- 1Design and maintain engaging EHR training content for the Learning Management System Relias
- 2Lead onboarding and ongoing EHR training for new and existing staff at all organizational levels
- 3Oversee and train the EHR Super User group providing guidance resources and training
- 4Facilitate virtual and live training sessions for EHR users across the agency
- 5Manage enrollment tracking and reporting for training participation and completion
- 6Provide in-person and remote EHR support using the Welligent Help Center ticketing system
- 7Collaborate with EHR leadership and IT on technical escalations and system maintenance
- 8Identify trends and knowledge gaps through support interactions to inform training strategies
- 9Work cross-functionally to optimize workflows and improve the EHR user experience
- 10Support implementation of system upgrades or new functionality through training and communication
- 11Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Experience with EHR systems or comparable technology platforms
- 3Prior experience in training, teaching, or coaching others
- 4Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask effectively
- 5Clear professional communication skills written and verbal
- 6Ability to troubleshoot problems independently and prioritize effectively
- 7Strong interpersonal skills especially with diverse learners and teams
- 8Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
- 9Willingness to travel to Northern California service locations
- 10Background in behavioral or mental health non-profits
- 11Proficiency in course development tools such as Articulate 360
