E-Discovery Project Supervisor Job at CACI
Overview
You will own oversight of litigation support tasks for the DOJ, directing document discovery, privilege review, and trial preparation across large cases. You will operate within Relativity and other eDiscovery platforms, coordinating with case teams and contractor staff. Your role spans the EDRM spectrum, from intake to trial support. This position includes tuition reimbursement for Relativity and ACEDS certifications, setting it apart for career growth.
What You'll Do8
- 1Direct all document collection activities for a large DOJ case, managing millions of pages in Relativity.
- 2Oversee a remote trial support center during out-of-town trials, ensuring seamless operations.
- 3Supervise privilege review workflows in one case while coordinating witness binder production in another.
- 4Lead a team of contractor staff, including clerks and first-line supervisors, to meet project milestones.
- 5Coordinate with DOJ CORs, case managers, and trial attorneys on scheduling and litigation support needs.
- 6Manage multiple time-critical activities simultaneously, including data processing and eDiscovery tasks.
- 7Ensure compliance with the Government's data processing environment, both PC-based and virtual.
- 8Serve as the expert user of the Government's office and network software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
Requirements8
- 12+ years of progressively responsible experience on major litigation support projects.
- 2At least one year of supervisory experience with proven client and attorney interaction.
- 3Hands-on experience with Relativity, Clearwell, iCONECT, Casepoint, or Everlaw.
- 4Demonstrated ability to oversee complex, time-critical litigation support activities.
- 5In-depth knowledge of litigation support, with excellent writing and oral communication skills.
- 6Familiarity with the Government's data processing environment, including PC and virtual systems.
- 7Expertise in ESI tools and eDiscovery procedures and resources.
- 8Undergraduate degree required; substantial experience may substitute.
