What You'll Do10
- 1Greet every guest with a smile and take orders accurately at the register or drive-thru.
- 2Prepare hot and cold beverages, including Dunkin' coffee, espresso drinks, and seasonal specialties.
- 3Assemble donuts, sandwiches, and other baked goods to Dunkin' standards.
- 4Maintain a clean and organized front counter, dining area, and restrooms during your shift.
- 5Restock supplies and ingredients, rotating stock to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- 6Handle cash and card transactions precisely, balancing your register at shift end.
- 7Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handwashing and glove use.
- 8Support teammates during rushes to keep drive-thru times under 90 seconds.
- 9Upsell and suggest add-ons like Dunkin' rewards and bakery items to boost sales.
- 10Complete opening or closing tasks, including equipment startup and shutdown, as scheduled.
Requirements7
- 1Ability to stand for 6-8 hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
- 2Flexibility to work early mornings (starting 4 AM) or evenings until 10 PM.
- 3Reliable transportation to our Nashville location.
- 4Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
- 5Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
- 6No experience required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- 7Food handler certification preferred but not mandatory, training provided.
