Overview
Own the closing shift at a busy Dunkin' location, delivering friendly guest experiences and preparing products to Brand standards. What You'll Do8
- 1Greet guests warmly and take orders with a smile, ensuring accuracy on every POS transaction.
- 2Prepare and serve coffee, donuts, and baked goods following Brand recipes and quality standards.
- 3Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, equipment, and dining spaces, to meet safety and sanitation guidelines.
- 4Resolve guest issues promptly and escalate as needed, turning problems into loyalty.
- 5Collaborate with team members to meet shift goals, communicate clearly, and support each other during peak hours.
- 6Handle cash and card payments, count change correctly, and balance the register at the end of shift.
- 7Follow all food safety protocols and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- 8Participate in marketing initiatives and execute restaurant standards to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
Requirements6
- 1Fluent in English with basic computer skills.
- 2Ability to count money and make change accurately.
- 3Capable of operating restaurant equipment, including POS systems and coffee machines (minimum age requirements may apply).
- 4Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team.
- 5Availability to work Friday and Saturday from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- 6No formal education required; on-the-job training provided.
