Overview
You will own cargo handling and delivery support for Capstone Logistics, riding with drivers to load and unload materials across Harmony, PA. Scale: daily routes, up to 75 pounds of lifting. You will partner with experienced drivers, learn delivery routes and material handling, and grow through paid training. What You'll Do9
- 1Ride alongside partner drivers to load and unload materials, ensuring on-time delivery and safe handling.
- 2Secure cargo in trucks using straps and dollies, reducing damage risk.
- 3Communicate with drivers and dispatch to confirm delivery schedules and route changes.
- 4Complete delivery logs and inventory checks after each stop.
- 5Lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly during shifts, following safety protocols.
- 6Navigate local routes and adapt to weather conditions during deliveries.
- 7Assist with warehouse staging during peak hours to keep loading docks clear.
- 8Report equipment issues and safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
- 9Collaborate with warehouse teams to verify shipment accuracy before departure.
Requirements8
- 11+ year working in warehouse or delivery environment.
- 2Ability to lift 75 pounds consistently.
- 3Valid driver's license and clean MVR (preferred).
- 4Flexible schedule for weekends and holidays.
- 5High school diploma or GED.
- 6Comfort with mobile apps for tracking deliveries.
- 7Strong attention to safety procedures.
- 8Ability to work 4:00 AM starts.
