- 4Supervise shift changes and maintain organized supply areas
- 5Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive communication
- 6Implement sanitation and safety protocols for food and alcohol
- 7Analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- 8Collaborate with kitchen and floor teams to coordinate service flow
- 9Provide training and support to new hires during onboarding
- 10Maintain accurate inventory records and manage waste responsibly
- 11Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and morale
Requirements11
- 1At least 5 years of experience in beverage service or hospitality
- 2Proficiency with Python and AWS for data analysis tasks
- 3Certification in CPC Card or similar industry credential
- 4Strong ability to lift and carry 30 pounds
- 5Ability to work nights weekends and holidays
- 6Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 7Experience with React and Kubernetes environments
- 8Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 9Background check and drug screening clearance
- 10Age minimum 18 years old
- 11Commitment to customer satisfaction and team collaboration
