What You'll Do15
- 1Canvass assigned neighborhoods and communities daily
- 2Educate potential customers about our annual discounted beach trip membership program
- 3Explain membership benefits pricing and promotions with confidence
- 4Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners and prospective members
- 5Answer customer questions professionally and accurately
- 6Close sales and complete membership enrollments using company-provided sales tools
- 7Collect all required customer information and submit completed memberships accurately
- 8Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company with professionalism at all times
- 9Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly sales goals
- 10Attend team meetings training sessions and ongoing sales development
- 11Maintain knowledge of company products policies and current promotions
- 12Follow all company procedures safety guidelines and ethical sales practices
- 13Keep accurate records of daily activity leads and completed sales
- 14Provide feedback from customers to help improve our products and marketing
- 15Work independently while maintaining regular communication with management

- 5Ability to work outdoors and walk several miles each day
- 6Reliable transportation
- 7Sales experience is a plus but not required—we will train the right candidate
- 8Must be dependable coachable and eager to succeed
- 95+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 103-5 seasons of relevant industry experience
