- 6Assist with in-store and online order flow, using the Pulse ordering system to manage tickets.
- 7Support the shift manager with daily opening or closing tasks, including cash reconciliation and equipment checks.
- 8Train new crew members on food prep and customer service, following Domino's training playbook.
- 9Handle customer concerns and escalate to management when needed, keeping the Mystery Shopper scores above 90%.
- 10Participate in store cleanliness deep cleans, scrubbing prep tables and ovens per the Domino's cleanliness checklist.
Requirements10
- 116+ years old, with a valid work permit if under 18.
- 20-1 years of food service or retail experience, with willingness to learn Domino's methods.
- 3Able to stand for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
- 4Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy.
- 5Comfortable with POS and tablet-based ordering systems.
- 6Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
