What You'll Do10
- 1Build and coordinate dispatch plans to assign personnel and equipment to client requests
- 2Relay work orders and updates to crews and supervisors via phone, radio, or computer systems
- 3Advise personnel on hazards and delays to minimize downtime and risk
- 4Monitor locations and utilization of personnel and equipment to optimize efficiency
- 5Oversee and maintain all area communications and service logs
- 6Prepare and maintain work orders, schedules, and service records
- 7Create reports to monitor activity and operations and identify improvement opportunities
- 8Coordinate repairs and service restoration to maintain schedule adherence
- 9Maintain ongoing contact with service personnel to ensure duties are completed
- 10Escalate issues to on duty supervisor when additional support is required
Requirements5
- 1Must be 18 years of age or older
- 21 year of customer service or clerical experience preferred
- 3Prior dispatching or multi line receptionist experience is a plus
- 4Ability to schedule and dispatch employees and resources
- 5Strong communication and record keeping skills
