What You'll Do14
- 1Wash dishes glassware utensils flatware pots pans using proper cleaning supplies and equipment
- 2Properly scrape and sort dishes before loading into dishwasher
- 3Maintain kitchen work areas equipment and utensils in clean orderly condition
- 4Unload dishwashers restock and place clean dishes in proper storage areas
- 5Maintain dishwashing machine levels and report shortages or mechanical faults
- 6Clean and sanitize floors drainers freezer and coolers
- 7Utilize hand trucks to move supplies from storage to work areas
- 8Report to work on time groomed and in correct uniform
- 9Bag kitchen trash and discard in dumpster at intervals
- 10Maintain adequate detergents and cleaning supplies
- 11Sort and remove trash placing it in designated pickup areas
- 12Help control glassware breakage or loss by handling items with care
- 13Assist with other assigned duties as needed
- 14Control physical requirements including standing kneeling stooping using stairs lifting up to 50 lbs
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong organizational skills attention to detail work ethic
- 3Excellent interpersonal skills teamwork independent communication ability
- 4Ability to take direction professional communication physical stamina
- 5Flexible schedule days nights weekends holidays
