What You'll Do14
- 1Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- 2Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, utensils, and equipment
- 3Inspect cleaned items to verify cleanliness standards
- 4Maintain continuous availability of clean service ware and equipment
- 5Report maintenance concerns for dishwashing equipment
- 6Clean floors, drains, walls, shelving, dish areas, and workstations
- 7Remove trash and waste materials from operational areas
- 8Assist with daily, weekly, and deep-cleaning assignments
- 9Ensure walk-in coolers, freezers, and storage rooms remain clean
- 10Transport clean equipment and supplies to designated areas
- 11Support hospitality function setup and breakdown
- 12Maintain organization of storage areas and equipment rooms
- 13Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- 14Report maintenance, equipment, or safety concerns immediately
Requirements5
- 1Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment
