Overview
Own the clean dish room and dining support for residents in a senior living community. Manage washing dishes, pots and pans, and assist with clearing tables to ensure a spotless dining environment. Collaborate with dining services to uphold resident satisfaction and maintain safety standards in a team oriented setting.
What You'll Do5
- 1Ship dishes and tableware through the dish machine and ensure sanitary wash cycles
- 2Clear tables after meals and assist with garbage removal
- 3Maintain daily logs of dish machine temperature and chemical levels
- 4Monitor cleanliness of dish room and equipment and report issues to the manager
- 5Assist with general kitchen cleanliness to support resident dining experiences
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2Experience in a similar role preferred but training offered
- 3ServSafe or Food Handlers Certificate preferred
- 4Must be able to work Weekdays and some weekends with 3pm-9pm shifts
- 5Must be able to lift and move dishes and equipment as part of the role
