Modernas Director Resilience Lifecycle & Supply Chain Operations leads product lifecycle management and launch planning across the UK Canada and Australia. This leader establishes governance standards and coordinates with Country Supply Chain Leaders to ensure compliant and supply-ready launches. Responsibilities include translating global strategies into market requirements and leading scenario planning across service inventory and regulatory timing.
What You'll Do11
- 1Own the integrated lifecycle and launch agenda across the UK Canada and Australia covering new products indications presentations and regulatory changes.
- 2Establish common lifecycle and launch governance stage gates and readiness criteria across CMC Regulatory Quality Manufacturing and Commercial teams.
- 3Lead scenario planning and trade-off decisions across service inventory cost capacity shelf life regulatory timing and supply risk.
- 4Embed lifecycle and launch plans in long-range planning IBP S&OP/S&OE and country operating plans converting post-launch learning into reusable standards.
- 5Provide cross-market oversight of demand supply inventory logistics distribution customer service and Order to Cash interfaces.
- 6Set common KPIs operating reviews and escalation mechanisms to identify and resolve service inventory launch and execution risks.
- 7Lead resolution of major cross-functional or cross-market issues including shortages constrained supply quality or regulatory delays logistics disruption and inventory exposure.
- 8Oversee business continuity crisis preparedness stockpile readiness and recovery planning strengthening 3PL distributor and cold-chain performance with Global Logistics.
- 9Provide functional leadership coaching and performance direction to Country Supply Chain Leaders through a dotted-line relationship.
- 10Chair the Resilience Lifecycle and Supply Chain Operations Council consolidating milestones decisions and risks across the three markets and escalating material matters as required.
- 11Act as senior cross-market Supply Chain partner representing Resilience leadership in global forums.
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in resilience lifecycle and supply chain operations
- 3CPC Card certification
- 4AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- 55+ years designing and scaling multi-country supply chain networks
