What You'll Do9
- 1Provide visionary technical leadership for AI agent platforms and tool ecosystems including agent orchestration and workflow execution
- 2Define engineering roadmap for scalable secure systems enabling AI agents and integrations across product portfolio
- 3Lead high-performing teams through hiring mentorship and fostering innovation culture
- 4Drive execution across programs ensuring delivery predictability and alignment with leadership priorities
- 5Guide complex architectural decisions addressing distributed systems and reliability trade-offs
- 6Champion production readiness with secure-by-design practices and measurable quality outcomes
- 7Stay current with AI trends including MCP-based tooling and LLM integration
- 8Collaborate with product and architecture leaders to define technical direction
- 9Champion cross-functional stakeholder engagement and executive communication
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 15+ years software engineering experience
- 210+ years engineering leadership and 5+ years managing multiple teams
- 3Proven track record designing generative AI platforms and agentic architectures
- 4Experience leading scalable cloud-native AI services with expertise in distributed systems
- 5Strong communication skills engaging with executives and technical stakeholders
- 6MS or PhD preferred with experience in secure platform design and extensible systems
- 7Familiarity with AWS Azure GCP Kubernetes Docker and modern infrastructure technologies
- 8Background in MCP-style integrations tool ecosystems and developer platforms
- 9Experience building extensible platforms with API SDKs and plugin ecosystems
- 10Knowledge of secure governed platforms with tenant isolation and auditability
- 11Exposure to cloud event streaming vector databases and graph databases
