Director of Growth Marketing, B2B SaaS & AI Research
Overview
You will own Knit's growth marketing engine, driving SQL generation and pipeline growth for an AI-native research platform used by 50+ enterprise brands including Amazon, T-Mobile, Mars, and NASCAR. You will build and execute integrated programs across paid, organic, content, lifecycle, and ABM, partnering with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, Content, RevOps, and Events. This hands-on role reports to the Head of Marketing and owns strategy, execution, and performance. You will shape a category-defining product and build a predictable, scalable growth engine from the ground up.
What You'll Do10
- 1Own Knit's growth marketing strategy with accountability for SQL generation and pipeline contribution, building a predictable funnel within your first 90 days.
- 2Design and execute integrated growth programs across paid, organic, content, and website conversion, coordinating with Marketing Operations on outbound and events.
- 3Build and run lifecycle marketing programs including nurture, onboarding, and expansion campaigns to improve conversion, adoption, and expansion.
- 4Partner with the events owner to create pre- and post-event campaigns and measure pipeline from event investments without owning logistics.
- 5Set marketing KPIs, forecasts, and performance reviews tied to pipeline and revenue, partnering with Sales leadership on lead quality and follow-up.
- 6Manage external agencies and contractors while staying accountable for campaign strategy and performance.
- 7Collaborate with Product Marketing to align messaging and campaigns with positioning, and with Content Marketing to brief and distribute assets.
- 8Work with Marketing Ops and RevOps to ensure campaigns are built, tracked, routed, and measured correctly.
- 9Drive funnel conversion improvements from engagement to SQL to opportunity, using data to optimize each stage.
- 10Champion operational rigor with reliable reporting, attribution, and data-driven decisions across all programs.
Requirements10
- 16-9 years of B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing experience in high-growth or scaling organizations.
- 2Proven success driving pipeline and revenue impact in an enterprise GTM motion.
- 3Strong experience across growth channels including paid, organic, content, and events.
- 4Experience managing marketing budgets, allocating spend across channels, and reporting on impact.
- 5Command of marketing analytics, funnel metrics, and performance management.
- 6Hands-on experience with modern marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tooling such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics.
- 7Comfort experimenting with AI-enabled tools and automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
- 8Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing.
- 9Builder mindset, energized by ambiguity and motivated to bring structure to a scaling organization.
- 10Nice to have: Background in B2B SaaS, research, data, or analytics platforms; familiarity with ABM; exposure to AI-driven personalization or growth experimentation tools; experience with RevOps on attribution and GTM systems.
