What You'll Do10

  • 1Award state and federal aid to eligible students per regulations and policy, prioritizing first 90-day accuracy
  • 2Process verification, disbursements, and Return of Title IV calculations in COD
  • 3Run internal file audits and reports to ensure work integrity
  • 4Troubleshoot CampusVue export/import and COD reconciliation for Direct Loans and Pell Grants
  • 5Coordinate with other departments to assist students and resolve aid issues
  • 6Support the VP of FA with new federal regulations implementation and documentation
  • 7Track cohort default rate through weekly CDR reports, update NSLDS and loan management modules
  • 8Manage exit procedures for students per regulations, ensuring compliance
  • 9Assist with private loans and institutional payment plans
  • 10Supervise back-office and front-office staff on relevant action items

Requirements7

  • 15+ years of Financial Aid experience
  • 2Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3CampusVue experience preferred
  • 4Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • 5Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • 6Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking capability
  • 7Regular in-person attendance at Tempe, AZ corporate office up to 5 days per week
