What You'll Do11
- 1Develop and execute integrated CGA strategies for assigned oncology medicines and indications across development launch and lifecycle management
- 2Act as CGA lead on cross-functional asset leadership teams integrating communications policy and engagement
- 3Partner with Medicine Commercialisation Medicine Development and Global Medical Leaders to align CGA initiatives
- 4Create launch communications policy and advocacy plans supporting global commercial ambitions
- 5Build compelling asset narratives communicating GSK science and innovation to external audiences
- 6Partner with Commercial Medical Affairs Value and Access pricing and regional teams to identify policy opportunities
- 7Prepare senior leaders and spokespeople with talking points media briefings and stakeholder materials
- 8Develop high-quality communications content including press materials digital assets and videos
- 9Coordinate with CGA partners to ensure coordinated impactful approaches across channels
- 10Manage communications agencies for assigned assets maintaining consistent messaging and reducing complexity
- 11Deliver dynamic strategies adapting to scientific regulatory and policy developments
Requirements11
- 1Significant experience (10+) in Communications Government Affairs Public Affairs within pharmaceutical biotech or healthcare sector
- 2Proven track record developing integrated communications strategies for medicines or healthcare initiatives
- 3Experience supporting product development regulatory milestones data communications congress communications and launches
- 4Ability to influence without authority building alignment across diverse stakeholders
- 5Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements for pharmaceutical communications
- 6Oncology experience or strong understanding of oncology treatment landscape
- 7Experience managing agencies leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple markets
- 8Strong business acumen operating in matrixed global organizations
- 9Excellent relationship-building influencing and stakeholder management skills
- 10Resilience for fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- 11Commitment to patient-centred thinking and external engagement
