What You'll Do4
- 1Provide one-to-one-behavior intervention services to individuals with behavioral challenges
- 2Assist with daily program activities in self-help communication social cognitive motor and behavior crisis intervention
- 3Help clients with personal care activities such as bathing oral hygiene meal preparation and feeding dressing and grooming
- 4Implement and collect data regarding client behaviors and goals outlined in the Behavior Support Plan
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2Previous experience in educational or healthcare settings preferred
- 3At least one year of experience working with special needs individuals displaying challenging or aggressive behaviors
- 4College coursework in psychology education social work or related fields preferred
- 5Current in-person CPR First Aid certification for adult and children
- 6Updated TB test
- 7Must be at least 18 years old
