What You'll Do11
- 1Assist clients with ADLs such as personal care grooming dressing and hygiene to promote dignity and independence
- 2Monitor vital signs administer medication and document care plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- 3Support meal preparation feeding and nutrition management to meet dietary needs
- 4Operate patient transfer equipment like Hoyer lifts using proper manual handling techniques
- 5Conduct regular observations to detect changes in condition especially for dementia Alzheimer’s or neurodevelopmental disorders
- 6Maintain clean safe environments through light housekeeping and infection control standards
- 7Provide transportation assistance for appointments and community outings while following safety protocols
- 8Collaborate with healthcare teams to tailor care plans to individual preferences
- 9Prioritize experience in group homes assisted living facilities nursing homes or home health settings
- 10Demonstrate knowledge of dementia Alzheimer’s memory care hospice care and developmental disability support
- 11Show familiarity with Hoyer lifts and resident management skills
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Certified Professional in Cognitive Assessment (CPC Card)
- 33-5 seasons of experience in patient support roles
- 4Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality practices
- 5Ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform manual handling tasks
- 6Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients families and providers
- 7Experience with autism neurodevelopmental disorders or similar conditions
- 8Prior work with individuals with Alzheimer’s or other cognitive impairments
- 9Commitment to delivering person‑centered care in dynamic environments
