- 1Provide one on one assistance with personal hygiene meal preparation and medication administration

- 4Implement positive behavior management techniques to address challenging behaviors
- 5Monitor and report health status changes ensuring timely communication with healthcare professionals
- 6Maintain accurate records of client progress daily activities incidents and observations
- 7Ensure client safety and respond effectively to emergencies
- 8Advocate for rights and inclusion of individuals with disabilities
- 9Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge in disability support and person centered care
- 10Assist support staff and volunteers during specific tasks
- 11Drive growth and development of participants toward independence
Requirements8
- 1At least 21 years old
- 2Valid driver's license with less than three moving violations in three years
- 3Reliable transportation ability to lift and carry objects up to specified weight
- 4Standing walking and sitting for extended periods
- 5Ability to perform CPR or other emergency procedures
- 6Background check clearance
- 7Shift availability Friday nights Saturday mornings and nights
- 8Pay rate between $22.50 and $24.00 DOE for awake hours and $17.50 for night supervision
