You will help clients learn life skills and thrive in their own homes at scale across our Tacoma area sites. What You'll Do8

  • 1Build supportive relationships and assist clients in daily living activities to promote independence
  • 2Design and implement person centered plans that improve community participation and daily living skills
  • 3Lead activities and supervision during scheduled shifts to ensure safety and engagement across residents
  • 4Ship consistent care routines and documentation to track progress and adjust supports as needed
  • 5Own shift operations including reporting, safety checks, and collaboration with care teams
  • 6Scale quality of life outcomes by coordinating with families and community partners
  • 7Debug concerns in client wellness and respond to incidents with compliant reporting
  • 8Drive a culture of dignity, respect, and inclusion in all interactions

Requirements10

  • 1High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2Be at least 18 years old and pass a background check
  • 3Current CPR/First Aid certification or be willing to obtain
  • 4Valid driver license, car, and car insurance
  • 5Current NAR 1st year paid by SA or willingness to obtain
  • 6Current 75 hour certification or exemption letter
  • 7Ability to work varied shifts including Sundays and Mondays
  • 8Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • 9No experience required with training provided
  • 10Located in Tacoma area with onsite payroll and benefits
