Seeking a seasoned Dining Room Manager to lead daily operations at The Madison Club. This hands-on leadership role ensures exceptional hospitality and maintains high service standards within a private club setting. The ideal candidate will lead a service team, collaborate with culinary leadership, and foster strong member relationships while managing reservations and staffing.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead daily a la carte dining room and bar/lounge operations with visible floor presence
- 2Uphold fine dining service standards and professionalism
- 3Recruit train schedule develop a service-focused dining team
- 4Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing hospitality training
- 5Coordinate with executive chefs to execute themed dinners
- 6Oversee reservations staffing levels and service flow
- 7Monitor labor scheduling and departmental budgeting
- 8Prepare dining activity reports and analyze performance metrics
- 9Plan and execute special events for Members
- 10Maintain dining room appearance and readiness
- 11Address member feedback promptly and professionally
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certified
- 3AWS Certified
- 4Python development experience
- 5React UI design skills
Salary Insight
