What You'll Do11
- 1Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on freightliner kenworth and international trucks reefers and dry vans
- 2Perform routine maintenance including oil changes and brake servicing
- 3Conduct preventive maintenance inspections
- 4Repair trailer systems including reefers and dry vans
- 5Maintain equipment in safe working condition
- 6Lead a team of mechanics to improve operational efficiency
- 7Train new hires on proper diagnostic techniques
- 8Implement safety protocols across all maintenance activities
- 9Track vehicle downtime and identify root causes
- 10Collaborate with dispatch to prioritize repair schedules
- 11Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs
