The Design Sales Associate will own product selection and client consultations at our Irving showroom. This motivated professional thrives in a client-facing high-touch sales environment. We seek someone who understands aesthetics and guides designers and homeowners through luxury material selections.
What You'll Do6
- 1Assist clients with product selection and project consultation
- 2Develop and maintain strong relationships within the A&D community
- 3Generate and manage sales leads from showroom traffic and outreach efforts
- 4Prepare quotes follow-ups and close sales opportunities
- 5Maintain showroom presentation to reflect brand standards
- 6Stay updated on product knowledge design trends and materials
Requirements6
- 12+ years of experience in design sales showroom sales or interior design
- 2Strong eye for design color and material coordination
- 3Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- 4Self-motivated sales-driven mindset
- 5Ability to work in a fast-paced client-focused environment
- 6Experience with CRM systems and quoting is a plus
