What You'll Do11
- 1Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently and effectively
- 2Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
- 3Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise processing onto sales floor
- 4Communicate with Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods
- 5Ensure Associates complete tasks according to store plan and prioritize as needed
- 6Monitor productivity of team and coach as necessary
- 7Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment
- 8Maintain merchandising philosophy and signage standards
- 9Maintain organizational cleanliness and recovery standards for backroom area
- 10Ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs
- 11Provide progress updates and communicate priorities with management
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- 3Capable of multi-tasking
- 4Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- 5Team player who works effectively with peers and supervisors
- 6Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- 7Experience in retail and leadership roles
- 8One year of retail experience and six months of leadership experience
- 9Flexible schedule availability including nights and weekends
