You will own comprehensive dental care at the Mid County Dental Clinic, delivering urgent, restorative, and surgical treatments across all ages. You'll work in a clinic serving diverse populations with complex needs, supported by a collaborative team of healthcare professionals. What You'll Do7

  • 1Perform comprehensive oral exams, interpret radiographs, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages.
  • 2Deliver preventative, restorative, endodontic, and surgical dental procedures, including urgent care and pediatric dentistry.
  • 3Manage dental emergencies and provide post-operative care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • 4Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, and treatment options to empower informed decisions.
  • 5Collaborate with physicians, hygienists, and other healthcare professionals to integrate dental care with overall health.
  • 6Maintain accurate diagnosis, consent, and treatment records in compliance with Oregon regulations and clinic standards.
  • 7Foster a culture of respect, trust, and understanding for diverse populations, applying an equity lens in all interactions.

Requirements6

  • 1Oregon Dental License required, with active DEA registration.
  • 2BLS/CPR certification required; Oregon Nitrous Oxide Permit required.
  • 3Experience in all fields of dentistry, including operative, endodontic, oral surgery, periodontics, and pediatrics.
  • 4Demonstrated skill in managing complex cases and providing care for diverse populations.
  • 5Excellent communication and patient management abilities, with a focus on education and collaboration.
  • 6Ability to work 10-hour shifts on Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday within a full-time schedule.
