Own the full cycle of dental billing and coding at ICONIC DENTAL, processing claims for a high-volume Dallas practice. You will review procedures, submit claims, and recover revenue from payers, working alongside a dedicated clinical team. This onsite role directly impacts the practice's financial health, with 5+ years of billing expertise leading to streamlined operations.

You will own the complete dental billing cycle for Century Dental's multi-provider practice in Portland, Oregon. Using Dentrix and medical coding systems, you ensure claims are accurate, accounts receivable are collected, and compliance is maintained. You work directly with providers, patients, and insurance companies. Your expertise keeps revenue flowing and supports the highest quality of patient care.

You will own front-office operations for a high-volume dental practice in Orlando, managing patient scheduling, insurance verification, and claims processing from day one. You will join a collaborative team of administrative and clinical staff, reporting to the office manager, and using Dentrix or similar practice management software daily. This role differs from typical receptionist positions because it centers on dental insurance expertise with pay progression tied to your accuracy and performance. You will handle end-to-end insurance workflows, from verifying benefits to resolving claim denials, and contribute to a smooth patient experience.

You will own the end-to-end revenue cycle for a busy oral surgery practice, managing claims from patient registration to final payment. You will ensure accurate billing and coding for consultations and oral surgeries, directly impacting revenue and patient satisfaction. Working onsite in Tampa, you will collaborate with surgeons and administrative staff to resolve discrepancies and optimize workflows. Your expertise in DSN Cloud and dental billing will drive compliance and financial performance.

We seek a detail-oriented experienced Dental Biller to manage account breakdowns verification and collection of patient balances along with insurance verification. Must assist with credentialing. Work with PPO plans both in-network and out-of-network reviewing EOBs and resolving billing discrepancies. The Office Manager may delegate additional administrative duties.
