Overview
You will own the customer delivery experience for Domino's Boston, handling in-store orders and driving hot pizzas to doors across the city. You will work directly with the store team, managing a full shift of deliveries and customer interactions. This role offers daily cash tips and a flexible schedule, with pay up to $20 per hour. You will be the face of the brand, so a friendly attitude and reliability are non-negotiable.
What You'll Do7
- 1Take customer orders at the counter and over the phone, entering them accurately into the POS system.
- 2Load deliveries into your vehicle and map the most efficient route using Google Maps or similar navigation.
- 3Drive to customer locations within 10-15 minutes, ensuring food arrives hot and intact.
- 4Collect payment via cash or card, making correct change and handling POS transactions on delivery.
- 5Resolve customer complaints on the spot, offering replacements or refunds as needed.
- 6Keep the store lobby and delivery area clean and stocked with boxes, napkins, and flyers.
- 7Assist with food preparation tasks like folding boxes and prepping toppings during downtime.
Requirements7
- 118+ years old with a valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle.
- 22 years of driving experience if 18, or 1 year if 19 or older.
- 3Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry multiple pizza bags.
- 4Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and order updates.
- 5Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 6Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
- 7Friendly and customer-focused with a strong work ethic.
