Overview
Own the customer's front-door experience for Domino's, delivering hot food across Boston. The Delivery Driver role is the face of the brand, driving daily revenue and customer loyalty. You will work directly with the store team to ensure accurate, timely orders. With a focus on safety and speed, this role is the backbone of our #1 delivery goal.
What You'll Do8
- 1Drive orders to customers using a personal vehicle, following GPS and local routes.
- 2Greet customers warmly at the door, delivering with a smile.
- 3Maintain delivery vehicle, ensuring fuel, oil, and tire checks.
- 4Check orders against receipts before leaving the store.
- 5Accept cash and credit card payments, and use the point-of-sale system.
- 6Return to the store after each delivery to receive next assignment.
- 7Ensure food quality by using insulated bags during transport.
- 8Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Requirements7
- 118+ years old with a valid driver's license.
- 21+ year of delivery driving experience preferred.
- 3Access to a reliable vehicle with current insurance.
- 4Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
- 5Ability to lift 25+ lbs and carry orders up stairs.
- 6Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- 7Positive attitude and customer service orientation.
