Overview
Own end-to-end package delivery on an Amazon-branded E-Bike in Manhattan with a dynamic team. Start at either 3:30 AM overnight or 5:30 PM evenings, and grow into leadership or dispatcher roles while earning benefits and flexible hours. You’ll work closely with fellow bikers to ensure on-time deliveries and positive customer experiences. What You'll Do5
- 1Build reliability by delivering packages on an Amazon-branded E-Bike and navigating Manhattan routes efficiently
- 2Ship packages and update delivery status using a handheld device to maintain accuracy and timeliness
- 3Own customer interactions by providing exceptional service and delivering smiles along with packages
- 4Scale coverage across 4-5 hour shifts, including weekend commitments, to meet delivery windows
- 5Lead teammates when needed by coordinating with fellow bikers to ensure timely deliveries

- 1Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
- 2Ability to work in all weather conditions

- 5Willingness to work overnight (3:30 AM - 7:30 AM) or evening shifts (5:30 PM - 10:30 PM) and at least one weekend day
