Overview
You own the delivery experience at Domino's, covering a local delivery zone with 50-100 orders per shift. You are the face of the brand, delivering hot pizza and handling payments with accuracy. You work with a small team of drivers and insiders, supported by store management. This role offers flexible hours, paid training, and clear paths to Shift Manager and Assistant Manager.
What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver 50-100 orders per shift to homes and businesses within a 5-mile radius.
- 2Handle cash and card payments, using Point of Sale (POS) systems to confirm deliveries.
- 3Navigate assigned routes using GPS and map apps to meet 30-minute delivery targets.
- 4Load and unload delivery bags and car-top signs, ensuring food stays hot and secure.
- 5Inspect your vehicle daily, reporting any maintenance issues to the store manager.
- 6Communicate with the dispatch system to confirm order status and address changes.
- 7Resolve customer issues on the spot, offering replacements or refunds as needed.
- 8Keep the store lobby and delivery area clean, restocking soda cups and pizza boxes.
Requirements9
- 118+ years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- 2Access to an insured vehicle with current insurance and valid registration.
- 36+ months of delivery driving experience (Uber Eats, DoorDash, or similar).
- 4Ability to read maps and navigate multi-story buildings and apartment complexes.
- 5Basic math skills for cash handling and order verification.
- 6Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, handling 20+ interactions per shift.
- 7Physical stamina to walk, climb stairs, and carry 25 lbs for 8-hour shifts.
- 8Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 9Smartphone with data plan for GPS and order updates.
