What You'll Do9
- 1Deliver orders safely and on time using your own insured vehicle, navigating with GPS and maps across the designated delivery area.
- 2Load and unload delivery items, including pizzas and sides, and carry them to customer locations, including multi-story buildings.
- 3Process phone and in-person orders using the POS system, handle cash and card payments, and make correct change.
- 4Assist in the kitchen with food preparation, including dough tossing and topping pizzas, ensuring quality standards.
- 5Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler, maintaining inventory logs.
- 6Clean equipment, workstations, and the facility daily, including sweeping and mopping floors and sanitizing surfaces.
- 7Follow safety and hygiene protocols, including proper food handling and safe driving practices.
- 8Communicate with customers and team members to resolve issues and ensure order accuracy.
- 9Perform vehicle inspections before and after shifts, reporting any maintenance needs to management.
Requirements9
- 118 years or older with a valid U.S. driver's license and 2+ years of licensed driving history in the U.S.
- 2Clean driving record: no more than 1 violation and 1 at-fault accident in the last 2 years, and no serious violations in the past 5 years.
- 3Access to a registered, insured vehicle that passes the company safety inspection (headlights, brakes, tires, etc.).
- 4Ability to read maps and navigate to addresses, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
- 5Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and make change accurately.
- 6Comfort using a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders and track deliveries.
- 7Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
- 8Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 9Strong customer service and communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
