You own daily delivery routes across Southern California, delivering packaged ice, dry ice, and block ice to retail, hospitality, and event clients. What You'll Do8
- 1Drive box trucks and larger straight trucks safely across assigned territories
- 2Load and unload ice products at each stop, lifting 50-75 lbs repeatedly
- 3Stock and organize customer freezers and display cases to company standards
- 4Communicate with dispatch on route progress, delays, and adjustments
- 5Record delivery details and collect invoices using handheld devices
- 6Represent the company at each stop with professional, courteous service
- 7Follow all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- 8Manage route efficiency to minimize fuel and drive time
Requirements7
- 1Class C driver's license required; Class B CDL strongly preferred
- 2Clean driving record with no major violations
- 31-2 years of delivery driving or route-based experience preferred
- 4Ability to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- 5Experience with lift gates, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- 6Flexible schedule including weekends and occasional overtime
- 7Strong communication skills for customer interactions and dispatch updates
