Delivery Driver and Cashier, DFS & Front Counter
Overview
Deliver Catering orders from Chick-fil-A in a safe and timely manner. Ensure each order is accurate and on time, and assist with front counter service. This role combines delivery and customer service, offering direct interaction with guests in a Philadelphia location. You will own the delivery experience from prep to drop-off.
What You'll Do6
- 1Deliver Catering orders from the restaurant to customers in the Philadelphia area.
- 2Prepare and verify Catering orders for accuracy before departure.
- 3Serve guests as a cashier on the front counter when not on deliveries.
- 4Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and front counter area.
- 5Communicate with team members to ensure order readiness and timely dispatch.
- 6Handle payment and receipt processes for deliveries and counter transactions.
Requirements5
- 1Hold a valid US Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- 2Customer Service experience preferred.
- 3Ability to lift and carry Catering orders up to 40 pounds.
- 4Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- 5Must be at least 18 years old.
