Overview
You will own the delivery experience for a high-volume Domino's franchise, driving hot product to customers across Philadelphia. You'll manage the full order cycle, from phone intake to final doorstep handoff, while keeping the store running smoothly. This role blends customer-facing communication with rapid, precise movements and navigation. You'll operate POS systems, handle cash, and ensure every order arrives correct and on time.
What You'll Do9

- 3Deliver product by car to customer doors, navigating GPS and maps across a 5-mile radius.
- 4Stock ingredients from delivery area to walk-in coolers and prep stations, maintaining rotation.
- 5Prepare product per company standards, including dough, toppings, and box assembly.
- 6Clean equipment and facility daily, including counters, ovens, and delivery bags.
- 7Take inventory and complete daily paperwork to track stock levels and sales.
- 8Distribute flyers and door hangers in designated neighborhoods to drive local awareness.
- 9Handle cash and credit transactions, making correct change with calculator or mental math.
Requirements8
- 11+ years driving experience with a valid driver's license and clean record.
- 2Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately using calculator or mental math.
- 3Proven verbal and written communication skills for phone and in-person orders.
- 4Motor coordination for rapid, precise movements with hands and fingers.
- 5Skill in entering orders via computer keyboard or touch screen.
- 6Comfort reading maps and locating addresses within a designated delivery area.
