What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver independent initiatives from intake to delivery applying methodologies and standards set by senior peers.
- 2Design and execute innovation experiments producing measurable outcomes such as learning ROI and utilization value.
- 3Partner with stakeholders across the organization to translate business needs into adoption plans aligned with enterprise strategy.
- 4Coordinate with peer Senior Partners to share methodology avoid duplication and align on approach.
- 5Apply responsible AI standards including data privacy model transparency bias awareness HIPAA CMS alignment and human oversight to AI/ML work.
- 6Maintain depth in a specialty area serving as the trusted go‑to resource for the peer group and refine approaches based on delivery experience.
- 7Mentor less experienced Partners through coaching pairing and knowledge sharing.
- 8Represent initiatives and specialty in cross‑functional planning stakeholder forums and support Lead and Principal Partners in preparing communications.
- 9Contribute to enterprise data literacy and AI literacy by translating specialty depth into accessible guidance for clinicians operational leaders and analytics peers.
- 10Identify integrity risk or readiness considerations within work and escalate to Lead/Principal or Data Integrity partners as needed.
- 11Stay current with AI machine learning and emerging analytics developments relevant to the specialty area and bring learnings back to the team.
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Business Innovation Data Science Computer Science Engineering Health Administration Organizational Development Adult Learning or Communications or equivalent years of experience.
- 27 or more years in analytics coding development analytics enablement or organizational change tied to data and technology or equivalent experience.
- 35 or more years in each of applying ROI analysis performance indicators and impact metrics; supporting performance improvement process optimization business transformation or project management; 3 or more years in each of applying BI tools supporting adoption and measuring analytics ROI; serving as recognized subject matter contributor in innovation analytics adoption or related specialty.
- 42 or more years in each of using portfolio and work management tools developing adoption and enablement metrics serving as subject matter expert in innovation analytics adoption or related specialty; 3 or more years partnering with data quality lineage metadata governance concepts as part of analytics initiatives.
- 5Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration Health Administration Data Analytics or related field; EPIC Cogito Fundamentals COG170; Epic Cogito Project Manager COG300; LEAN certification; Complete Epic SQL I and II coursework; advanced role‑aligned learning paths with at least 50 hours annually within 1 year; Innovation Track: Agile Scrum Master; Advisory & Adoption Track: APMG Change Management Foundation or equivalent; Knowledge: SQL proficiency Python R cloud data platforms foundational AI machine learning or responsible AI credential; 2+ years applying AI/ML to analytics initiatives; 3+ years working with healthcare data ecosystems Epic Caboodle HIPAA CMS; Advanced technical credential aligned to team assignment; Healthcare environment experience; Data observability metadata lineage Epic analytics familiarity; Governance council participation; Formal change‑management training.
